Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that all descriptions or images are error-free. Purchases are made at the buyer’s risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel orders as necessary. If an order is canceled after payment is processed, we will issue a refund of the amount paid.
6) User Goods and Services
If the Site allows users to sell goods or services, we do not guarantee quality or accuracy of user-sold items. We may suspend or prohibit users from selling if violations occur.

8) Shipping and Delivery

General estimates (where applicable): 5–7 business days, but may vary due to production time, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances. Delivery time does not include weekends or statutory holidays.
Shipping charges may apply for certain goods (such as booster packs or cards).
Some goods may be fulfilled and shipped through Printify’s warehouse and are subject to Printful fulfillment timelines and logistics.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. The buyer is responsible for these charges and should contact their local customs office for details.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Free Shipping: Orders over $50 may qualify for free shipping, where offered and as stated on the Site.
9) Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of goods.
We may accept refund requests for reasons including:
- Item arrived broken/damaged
- Item does not match description
- Wrong size (where applicable)
- Purchaser changed their mind
- Item does not meet expectations
- Lost or stolen (handled case-by-case depending on carrier and tracking)
10) Returns
Returns may be made by mail. To request a return:

- Where applicable, Monquesttcg may provide a return label and cover return shipping costs as described in our return policy.
Printify Fulfillment Note: Some Printify-fulfilled items may have return limitations depending on the product category and Printify’s policies. Certain regions (such as Brazil) may have exceptions or restrictions. Please review the return details on our FAQ/Returns page.
11) Consumer Protection Law
If consumer protection legislation applies in your jurisdiction and cannot be excluded, these Terms do not limit your rights under that legislation. If there is a conflict, mandatory legal provisions apply.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lazarus G. Benson and any affiliates, employees, agents, or representatives are not liable for damages arising from use of the Site.
13) Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using the Site you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lazarus G. Benson and affiliated parties from claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
14) Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
15) Dispute Resolution
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt non-binding mediation and, if necessary, binding arbitration. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding. Costs are shared equally unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Either party may bring claims in small claims court and may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement.
16) Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be removed and the remaining provisions remain in effect.
17) Changes
These Terms may be updated to reflect legal requirements or operational changes. We may post a notice on the Site or notify users by email where appropriate.
