Monquest products may be fulfilled in two different ways, depending on what you purchase:

  1. Handcrafted Items (Shipped by Monquest from Casper, Wyoming)
    Includes: Monquest Beginnings Booster Packs and handcrafted single cards.
  2. Print-on-Demand Items (Fulfilled by Printify)
    Includes: apparel, posters, stickers, accessories, and other merchandise made to order.

Because these product types use different production and shipping workflows, your order may arrive in multiple packages and at different times.

  • Free Delivery (2–5 business days) may be available for eligible items/orders as shown at checkout.
  • Handcrafted booster packs and handcrafted single cards may include a shipping fee, shown at checkout.
  • International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout where available.

This section applies to Monquest Beginnings Booster Pack orders and other handcrafted card products shipped directly by Monquest.

🕒 Production Time (Handcrafted Items)

Each handcrafted item is individually printed, cut, and assembled by hand.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipment.
  • During high-demand periods or larger orders, processing may take up to 14 business days.
  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
  • Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

🚚 Shipping Info (Handcrafted Items)

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Handcrafted items ship separately from print-on-demand merchandise.
  • Delivery times after shipment vary by destination, typically 3–7 business days within the U.S.

🔁 Returns & Refunds (Handcrafted Items)

Due to the custom and randomized nature of handcrafted booster packs:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If Your Handcrafted Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

Because print-on-demand items are made specifically for each order, return and refund requests are limited to specific circumstances consistent with print-on-demand industry standards.

✅ Returns & Replacements We Accept

Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective:

  • You must submit a claim within 30 days of delivery.
  • Photo evidence is required (clear photos of the issue).
  • Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement (reprint) or refund, depending on the situation.

Lost Packages

Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (changed your mind)
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer (wrong size, item, or quantity)
  • Minor variations in color or print alignment
  • Sealed hygiene-related goods (where applicable)
  • Unclaimed or refused packages returned to the carrier/fulfillment facility

🚚 Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Orders

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the order is unclaimed:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
  • If reshipment is not completed, the order may be donated or discarded after a holding period (where applicable).
  • No refunds are issued for undeliverable orders caused by incorrect address entry.

🌍 Country-Specific Terms

🇧🇷 Brazil

Customers in Brazil must notify us of a return request within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence that the product was not used. Used or damaged returns are not eligible for a refund.

🇪🇺 European Union

Under Directive 2011/83/EU (including Article 16(c) and (e)):

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or customized.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Monquest reserves the right to refuse returns that fall under these exclusions.

  • Do not mail returns to Monquest unless you receive written authorization and return instructions from us.
  • Unauthorized returns may be discarded or donated.

Print-on-demand items (fulfilled by Printify) are eligible for return or replacement only if misprinted, damaged, or defective, and must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Photo evidence is required.
Because many items are made to order or handcrafted, returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, incorrect items selected by the customer, or minor variations in color or alignment.

Can I send letters/notices to your address? 

For customer service, order-related issues, or general inquiries, please contact us by email at contact@monquesttcg.com. This is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us.
Because Monquest uses Printify for print-on-demand fulfillment, returns and order issues must follow the instructions provided in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Items should only be sent to the appropriate return facility when authorized and instructed.
Please note that unsolicited mail or packages sent without prior authorization may be returned or discarded.

What if an order gets lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to monquest@monquesttcg.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
